Hi, trying to get into Admin of Cisco 8811 phones from Spectrum so that our poly headsets using an apc-43 adapter will stop dropping the calls on the headset. Found an article that stated that there is a hard program in Cisco that will enable this, not able for users to change preferences. We have already changed Audio preferences on the phones, soft program but are unable to find the hard program in the phones.

Are you using MPP or enterprise firmware?

You can enable webUi via CUCM, but there won't be anything to configure there.

If this is Enterprise firmware you must enable EHS on the Device Config page within CUCM Administration; the web interface is read-only. Assuming you meant Spectrum the US-based carrier though, I presume you’re actually running MPP to their Broadworks instance. In that scenario their support team would have to give you the local admin password for the phone - it’s set by them.
