I have a scenario where I have security that answers an emergency line that is supported by a Cisco 7962. If the power were to go out and the battery back were to fail, I need another option for the emergency line. I need the line to automatically forward to another number if the phone becomes unregistered. I understand this feature is unregistered call forward. Can anyone explain the process for setting up unregistered call forward in Call Manager, I have not been able to find any info regarding this feature other than explanation of it's capabilities. Anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael(CCNA)

Hello take a look on the SRND:
THE CFUR reroute calls placed to a temporarily unregistered destination phone.

Hi Michael,
If you go to Device > Phone > find the 7962 > then DN config page you will see
Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings
- enter the backup number with proper CSS to reach the number
- enter the backup number with proper CSS to reach the number
That should be it
Cheers!
