I don't understand

Without any useful information other than "it worked before and now it does not", it is, indeed, a "cool story".

Ok,

I have CUCM In BE6000M Device and i try solve my issue as following:

removed the phone from CUCM and create it again ,disable the DHCP in the phone and enable it again but still unregistered.

The phone model Cisco 3905

And have you checked the logs of the phone and CUCM? Have you checked the switch-port / the switch / the cable?
That's basic troubleshooting...

In other words: "Why don't you start troubleshooting the problem?!" or "What troubleshooting steps have you already done?"

I already removed the phone from CUCM and create it again ,disable the DHCP in the phone and enable it again but still unregistered

If the phone is not registering, is the phone, at the very least, getting a valid IP address?

yes and it is working properly but suddenly stop working (Unregister)

You are not answering the question.

Is the phone getting a valid IP address or not?

Yes

Have you tried to factory-reset the phone?

Did you clear the ITL?

No, Please tell me how
