Update Product Specific Configuration Layout after creation with BAT CUCM 7.1

All,

Quick Question is there any way to update the Product Specific Configuration Layout using BAT or in bulk like manner after the handsets have been created?

There are a number of features that we would like to enable for all handsets (video enabled, hookswitch and peer based firmware upgrades) but I cannot find a way to do this with apart from doing this each device individually.

Hi Nick,

To get to the Product Specific settings via Bat, I think it would be via

an Update with the use of a specific phone model query

So, you would query (for example) 7942's or 7965's and then you can

update the settings you need to.
