Updating Phones via Bulk Administration

Hello,

I have to update more than 1000 phones, specifically a single speed-dial button items. I know i have to use bulk administration for this, how can i go about doing that?

Configure a test phone that would look like a real phone, export it via BAT to see how the fields are formatted and then adjust as necessary to test with a single phone and understand how the procedure works. Then export a few actual phones to see how they're formatted and compare to your tests to understand exactly which fields would need to be updated.

After finding and configuring the headers/fields of each requirement, i got a CSV ready. Now, how do i deploy this out to the existing phones across the property?
