At least for CCX it’s pretty clear. The minimum version with CM 14 is 12.5(1)SU1. There is also a note for Expressway where it states that earlier versions than X14.0 can work, as long as no function from X14 is used. That said the version you’re asking about is very old and it’s advisable to upgrade to a current version.
