Upgrading Contact centre Express 7.1 to 8.5

Hi,

One of our customer want to upgrade their contact centre express from 7.0 to 8.5. 

Please help me to find the below information :-

1. Which all are product we need to purchase from Cisco for this upgradation ?

2. What are the part numbers we need to Order ?

3. Does callmanager 7.1 will support contact centre exres 8.5 ?

If the customer does not have an active UCSS contract for the product you will need to quote an a-la-carte upgrade. The Ordering Guide for Cisco Customer Contact Solutions covers the part numbers for this.

3. Does callmanager 7.1 will support contact centre exres 8.5 ?
