Hi,
I have one phone out of our 200 or so that refuses to update, it will power on then get "auth failed" and boot back to the cisco login screen and repeat.
Firmware on current phones/cucm is 9.3.1 - after searching online I think the problem is this phone's firmware version isn't compatible to upgrade to 9.3.1 and needs to upgrade 8.3(3) then 8.5(2) before I can go onto 9.3.1
Unfortunately I don't have full access to CUCM being a global company so we can't change the firmware version on that side as it will also affect all our current phones I've been told.
Is there anyway without using CUCM that I can upgrade the firmware on this phone?
