Upgrading SW- CCME-UL-79xx to Communication Manager License

I have read in Cisco Unified Communication Mansager Express 8.6 guide that you can upgrade CUCME license to Communications Manager.   The questions that I have are:

1) What is the cost to go from CUCME to Communications Manager

2) Does the CUCME need to be under any UCSS or ESW licensing

3) Could I go from CUCME 6.0 to Communication Manager 8.6, if yes are there any steps that I need to be aware of

3. The selected partner will work out an upgrade plan.

For Question 1 and 2 :- If you are Cisco partner you  can open case at cisco.com/go/ph . PH team will be able to help you with  the costing and ordering.

For Question 3 :- If you  are Cisco UC certified partner You can open case at  cisco.com/go/pdihelpdesk. PDI team will be able to help you on that.
