Upgrading Unity Connection 8.6 to 11.5

I am planning to upgrade Unity connection from the version 8.6 to 11.5. Is it possible through PCD?

Hi Siva,

Unfortunately it is not supported via PCD, only the following are supported as listed in the table below

Fresh Install New Cluster or Edit or Expand an Existing Cluster	10.5(x), 11.x
Readdress (Change Hostname or IP Addresses for One or More Nodes in a Cluster)	10.5(x), 11.x

Hi Jitender,

But migrating the clusters is still not supported with PCD, when installing the new software on a different hardware system/VM. SO how can we upgrade the Cisco Unity connection from 8.6 to 11.5?

Upgrade on old HW, DRS to new HW 

DRS to new HW, then upgrade 

Use COBRAS.
