Upgrading Workforce Management (Calabrio) to their newest version

We are currently using Calabrio's Workforce Management, Cisco did all the installation for us.  The newest version (CalabrioOne 9.4) is out now, what I was told on another forum is to open a case to get assistance to upgrade to it, would we do that with Cisco because that is who actually did our initial installation?

If professional services were not purchased from Calabrio for the initial installation, you will most likely have to go through the authorized partner who did the installation.

 

In this case, contact your Cisco partner who performed the initial install.
