Urgent : after enabling SAML SSO .. i am not able to login any cm servers wihth any account

please advice how to roll back or disable the SMAL SSO to  be able to login again using local admin

Hi,

 

You can try to connect CUCM Publisher via CLI and issue the following command:

utils sso disable

This command disables single sign on.

utils sso status

This command displays the status and configuration parameters of single sign on.

than try to login again.

TRY the recovery URL, as per

i have never used it myself, but this is the publiscised method to bypass SSO
