Hello,
I have a smartphone with Cisco Jabber to be connected against a UC500. I use it to make calls in the office and working properly. The problem that I have with Cisco Jabber is that I can not use the address book.
The problem is that to make a call you need to dial a prefix namely 0, and the smartphone's address book does not have that 0 included. Can you help me to solve this issue? What alternatives are there to avoid having to dial the phone manually for each call?
thanks
Best Regards

Hi Pedro,
In UC500 do you can use a Cor List for restrict and permit access to especific dial-peer (link below), and use digit manipulation in dial-peer and voice translation rules for include or excluded (0).

Hi Alfredo,
You can create (PT, CSS for mobile and route patters that do not begin with "0") for this purpose, and add them later if necessary.

Hi J Rosa,
The CCS features are not available in versions of CME (UC500). What options do we have for CME?
thanks
