2xIMP version " 10.5.1.10000-9"
2xcuc version "10.5.1.10000-7"
vcs-control X8.6.1
vcs-expressway X8.6.1
i have created a jabber user for android app , made the device name "BOT+"user id in capital letter" and made changes to the end user exactly the same as my end user which have an active jabber on it , the problem when he tries to log on after he enters his email , when he enters his AD username and password he gets "cannot locate server" and when he enters his username like this "username@mydomain.com" he gets wrong user name and password , im at a total loss here espacially that i made the exact same configuration from my device and end user profile? when i use my jabber on his mobile it logs perfectly?

Is that user in the same domain??
Do you have all the proper SRVs in place?
What troubleshooting have you done??

1-yes in the same domain
2-other jabber users are working fine so i guess srv is fine
3-i checked both the phone jabber profile and the end user profile and all the configuration were the same , not sure what other troubleshooting i can do for that user? as the jabber is working for all previously made users?
