User Connect license for Other than Cisco make phones

Hi,

I am planning to purchase weatherproof IP phone other than Cisco (Make: Alcatel, Gaitronics, FHF). I wanted to know which user connect license i need to order for Cisco Business Edition 6000M server 12x to make them compatible with this server.

I have one more query regarding Cisco ISR router with BE6000 server. I have planned to use NIM FXS, FXO & 2MFT-T1-E1 modules. what are the licenses required to make router compatible along with modules to this server.
