Hi,
There is a user whenever she tries to create a new pin, she is receiving invalid pin message
These options are selected in password setting :
1. User Must Change at Next Sign-In
Please advise what can be the reasons for not being able to change VM PIN and what can I do to enable her to change the Pin.
Cisco Unity Connection version: 11.0.1.22040-1
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the authentication rule for this user. Is the rule checking for trivial passwords?

I have checked the authentication rule and Check for Trivial Passwords is checked already.

Do you have the option to store x number of credentials and do not allow them to be used again?

If you have check for trivial passwords checked make sure the user is using a PIN that meets the complexity requirements:
