Hello,
Currently having an issue with various Cisco Phones (models 7945 mostly) where users cannot dial out intermittently.
Users will attempt to dial out and the phone just simply does nothing... after a few attempts it will allow them to dial out.
Any idea what the problem could be?

I've heard of major issues with Intelepeer sip trunks.. maybe that's also your cause?
Does it affect only external calls or also internal ones?

Mostly external calls. Internally it seems to be fine. I will probably confirm with users to see if it affects both.
