If the datasheet doesn't say anything about touch screen, then it doesn't have any. Simple as that.
For what do you need a "professional advise" then?

No it does not have a touchscreen. Not sure if Cisco has any models with that. Your best option is to look at the data sheets as @b.winter wrote.
