IP Communicator end of sale so can't say it will work for sure using USB on PC.
Something like a 531 / 532 headset with RJ-9 and the USB quick disconnect could work but you will have to check it works with IP Communicator and a user needs to swap connections manually using the quick connector to answer the call between hard phone and laptop

your sollution would require me to buy a product that may or may not work. I already have other headsets that do not work with your cisco program. This is a bad solution.

@gilbert_gonzalez, @Ashish Patel has offered you advice in good faith so it's rude to call it a "bad solution."
IP Communicator is End of Support (not Ashish's fault) https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/obsolete/collaboration-endpoints/cisco-ip-communicator.html which means that Cisco long since stopped testing headsets with that product so it's literally impossible to certify that a particular headset will work with it now.  Ashish has made a suggestion but if you want to keep using an end of support product then the onus is on you to do that testing for yourself.  If you're lucky somebody else in the community might still have a better answer for you if they're still using communicator.

We have customers using Cisco 88XX with both the Cisco 500 series and 700 series headsets. In my opinion, both are suitable for your phone model and you can choose based on your specific needs. As for the IP communicator, it reached its End of Life (EOL) quite some time ago. I would recommend transitioning to Jabber/Webex APP. The IP communicator has been known to behave oddly with some Windows upgrades, so it’s uncertain whether the headset would work Well with IP communicator. The actual issue might not be with the headset, but with the IP communicator itself. My recommendation would be to switch to Jabber. You should be able to use the Cisco headsets without any problems. If you encounter any issues, Cisco will provide support as Jabber has not been announced as End of Life (EOL).
