Dear All,

I have Call diagnostics enabled (enabled regardless of CDR enabled flag), but varVQMetrics does not show up? Is there any other settings to be enabled for the same?

Thanks in advance

Which protocol is being used to setup this call? Is it SIP or SCCP?

Protocols like SIP and H323 don't support delivery of Call Metrics, only SCCP and MGCP have some messages designed to exchange this information when the call is disconnected.

In addition to this you can check the following:

-  Verify if "Call Diagnostics Enabled" is enabled under System->Service Parameters->Call Manager Service (from all nodes that run Call Manager Service).
- Try restarting CAR scheduler service
- On the CAR's CDR Load page, uncheck the option "Load CDR only", and then update.

Hi Shashank,

Thank you so very much for your prompt help & support.

This is working after restarting CAR scheduler service.
