All,
I am running a 10.6 CUCM cluster at home, hosted on ESXi/VMWare and would now like to add VCS Control/Expressway C + E into the mix.
What is the best way for me to do this? (Lets assume I already have the X8.1 CODE/ISO already)
Also how about TMS?
Thanks!
D

Are you looking to deploy MRA (Expressway) solution, what features are you looking for? Remote connection from Jabber, B2B video?
Latest version of Expressway (VCS is legacy Tandberg name) is 8.7, and the product is free though you need $0 license, and B2B video requires Rich Media licenses.
My recommendation is to review the Expressway 8.7 deployment guide and go from there.

Hi D,
I'm a few months behind you! I want to install VCS-C&E on my ESX and get it working with my home broadband router.
How did you get on? Can you share any tips/advice?
Thanks
Rich

What are you trying to do with TMS on your scenario?

Hi Jaime,
This part of my study for CIPTV2 so I am new to TMS.
From the training TMS has been sold as 'the easy way to manage Telepresence'. The only video endpoint I will be added to VCS is a Jabber Video for Telepresence client.
Thanks

OK, do you have the licenses on your TMS and TMSPE to do that?

No licenses... Any idea how/if I can achieve this in a lab?
