While using CP-8845-3PCC-K9 phone, its asking for VERIFICATION CODE< Need to know about this and how to resolve this thing..

Is the phone registered? Is it asking for an Activation Code?

Yes, it is for activation Code.

That means that the phone hasn't been provisioned.
When the phone boots up, it will look for DHCP options. If it fails to receive any DHCP options, it will reach out to EDOS. If it fails to get anything from EDOS, it will default to the activation screen.
This is to be used with Broadworks and Broadcloud, which has support for the feature.
Once you provision the phone to whatever platform you're using, the activation code screen will disappear.
