VG-3XX, VG-450 Voice Port Call Transfer Disable

Hello,

Does anyone know the VG gateway command or commands for disabling the call transfer, hold, etc features on individual voice ports of a VG gateway?  We have some analog telephones connected in patient rooms off of a VG-310 and we would like to basically disable the flash / tap functions on them.
