VG202/4 Initial configuration

Hello.  Im looking for a way to config one remotely, without using the console cable.  It seems the product comes shipped with no telnet password / username.    I normally have to console in and supply one, then I can do the rest remotely.  Is there a way to get around this ?

Get a KVM and connect it to the console of the VG and or have someone on site configure the VTY lines.
