vg204 fax not working

Hello,

i have configured vg204 with SCCP. The ports register in CUCM and I can connect an analog phone to make inbound and outbound calls with two way audio. A fax line connected to the same port will not receive or send faxes. when i dialout from the fax line, it tries to connect, make a beep sound and no fax is received. below are my voice port configurations. I am using modem passthrough and it's matched in the getway configuration on cucm

Hi,

Did your provider supports fax over g711ulaw, please verify it, further please review your CUCM region confiugration to make sure it is also set to 64 kbps.

also, are you able to do fax internally ?
