VG204XM not registering

Having an issue getting a VG204XM gateway to register with CUCM. Status on VG204XM shows error with downloading configuration file. Is this a compatibility issue, where the VG204XM is not supported by the version of CUCM? Please advise.

As per the Compatibility matrix it show 15.1, however can you please try restarting the tftp service and do no ccm-manager and ccm-manager

I restarted the TFTP server and executed the no ccm-manager and ccm-manager command, but the results are still the same. The gateway doe snot register. I didn't find any software releases for the VG204XM that go back to version 15.1 on the downloads page.

The data sheet shows that the VG204 is supported by 6.1.3, 7.0.1 or later. Additionally, if you see it as an option to add under Device > Gateway it is supported by that CUCM release.

What does the CUCM config look like? Does the Domain Name match the FQDN configured on the VG? Is the Module in Slot 0 configured?
