VG224 in Malaysia does not clear ports at end of call

We have a site in Malaysia using a VG224. When they have a line forwarded to a external number when a call is made it busies 2 ports (which is expected) but when the call clears it does not relase the ports.

If it was working fine earlier then please share the running config and IOS version of the VG224.

Has a reboot / reload of the VG224 been tried already?
