VG350-144FXS ordering and integration

                   Hello Forum Team!

I need to integrate a large quantity of analog phones (RJ-11 connectors) with a BE6000 (CUCM 9.x version). I have a couple of questions regarding the VG350-144FXS bundle:

1. Does the RJ-21 cable is included in this bundle?

2. If the RJ-21 cables are not included in the bundle;wich is the correct part number to be ordered along with the VG350-144FXS?

3. How the RJ-11 cables from the analog phones are connected to the VG350-144FXS? break-out box? Where to order?

Any documentation is welcome guys.
