Hi all,
my customer replacing his old 2911 VG to ISR4331 and connect with CUCM 10.5 with MGCP setting. after that, they face transmission issues with their RightFax server.
the connection :
ISP T1 > ISR4331 > MGCP >CUCM > SIP Trunk >RightFax server
problem symptoms :
when whey receives more than one page in a fax job, they will face the transmission error in the RightFax server
the configuration is totally same as the old 2911, but this didn't happen in 2911. any idea of it?
