VIC-4FXS/DID - 3845 router - config hotline

I am setting up a very simple ip phone connection using the VIC-4FXS/DID card. I have it setup and working now using the following config, however i would like to have it auto dail (hotline) as soon as phone goes offhook. How can this be configured. it is used between t locations for tech use only on a private cloesed network.

Router 3845-1

dial-peer voice 1 pots
destination-pattern 1234

port 1/0/0

dial-peer voice 1000 voip

destination-pattern 5678

session-tartget:192.168.1.1

codec g711ulaw

Router 3845-2

dial-peer voice 2 pots
destination-pattern 5678

port 1/0/0

dial-peer voice 2000 voip

If your phone is connected to one of the FXS ports (say 1/0/1)

the configure:

voice-port 1/0/1

connection plar

make sure you have a dial-peer to whatever number will be dialed from the tech handset
