view extension on jabber contact

Hi

I have CUCM and IM 12

I import LDAP user in CUCM

I can view LDAP contact in jabber with their office phone number. But I cannot view thein internal extension number configured in the CUCM

How can I do to have also CUCM internal number on each jabber contact ?

That information is pulled from the directory source, if you use LDAP as your directory source, then you need to make sure the internal DN is there as well.

As JAVA mentioned, those  details are from AD(if active directory). To see the internal extension, you need to have that on AD.
