Voice Gateway:High Utilization and Broadcast Rate

Hello,

I am getting alerts of high utilization and broadcast rates on one of my voicegateways from CiscoWorks. Does anyone know the best way to troubleshoot this is and if it's a concern?

Best place to start will be to look at your CPU utilization on the gateway..
