Hi,
Voice gateway not communicating with the operator, but with PBX Ericsson old, work normally. When execute the call, voice gateway return:
*Aug 5 19:41:16.795: //18/80EF7BBF0D00/CCAPI/ccCallDisconnect:
Cause Value=42, Tag=0x0, Call Entry(Previous Disconnect Cause=0, Disconnect Cause=42)
*Aug 5 19:41:16.795: //18/80EF7BBF0D00/CCAPI/ccCallDisconnect:
Cause Value=42, Call Entry(Responsed=TRUE, Cause Value=42)
*Aug 5 19:41:16.795: //18/80EF7BBF0D00/CCAPI/cc_api_get_transfer_info:
Transfer Number Is Null
In IP Phone appears “congestion”
When the call comes from PSTN to the gateway, it occupies the channel, but do not generate any log on the gateway (debug voip Ccapi inout) enable.
Link Operator is: R2-Digital.

can you check any type and plan parameters problem in translation rule while communicating with provider

I solved the problem, is a Bug the IOS!!
CSCtg73604 Bug Details
Conditions: This symptom is observed when a call is made using E1R2 compelled
signaling.
Workaround: There is no workaround.
I upgrade to IOS fixed, problem solved !
