Voice Gateway - Set max number of outbound calls?

I have an ISDN30 with 20 voice channels. I'm looking to restrict the number of outbound calls to 15 so that there are always 5 free for incoming calls.

Is there a Global equivalent of the dial-peer max-conn command?

You can use the max-conn command for this

Use one pots dial peer for outbound calls with this command

And use different pots dialect as inbound without the max conn

To make the dial peer inbound do not add destination pattern and add incoming called number .  And direct-inward dial

Unfortunately I have multiple outbound dial peers. Thats why I was looking a global equivalent of max-conn.

The voice gateway is h323 not MGCP so dial peers have to be defined on the gateway.
