Voice Gateway VG310 SCCP // Outgoing calls are not working

All of a sudden outgoing calls are not working even to an internal extension but incoming calls are working fine.

We have reset the gateway to factory default and reconfigured the same but no luck.

The message I am getting is "Pls confirm your directory message"

We used a cisco inbuilt dialled number analyzer from CUCM where no issues were found.

Please help on this

The issue is resolved, there was a PLAR (HOTDIAL) translation pattern which cause an issue. After deleting the same, the issue got resolved.

If you are getting ""Pls confirm your directory message" , have  you checked  the CSS for the line configured ?

How did you run the DNA ? can you share the screenshot of DNA result.

Thanks Nitihin for the response. Yes in the line CSS is configured and have attached a DNA result. Tried dialing from 591 to 520 and both are internal partitions and 591 has a INTL CSS access.
