I have four customers that I recently installed new phones. They are able to setup the initial voice with a PIN and Recorded name. The problem is that when a subscriber calls and leaves a voice mail the customer does not get the voice voice mail and the subscriber gets a NDR back. When the customer presses the messages they are asked to enter the PIN, Once they do that they receive a message stating that the voice mail service is temporarily unavailable. Please Help

We are using Cisco Unified CM System
Version: 8.6.1.20007-2
And Cisco Unity Connection
Version: 8.6.1TT2.20007-8TT2

I have had this issue in the past, I deleted the VM box and rebuilt it and the issue was cleared.
