Start by reading SRND:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/srnd/collab11/collab11.html
and Preferred Architecture
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/uc_system/design/guides/PAdocs.html
Do you have any voice background? As to do it correctly and account for all design components and to do it correctly you'd probably need help on your first attempt. Might be a good idea to consider reaching out to Cisco Collaboration partner, at minimum they can provide FREE bill of materials and Statement of work.

One consideration, among many others, Is, your WAN.
you will need to talk to your provider and make absolutely clear, that you will need to be able to run QoS over your WAN. to protect video and voice. This is not trivial.
