voice-port configuration disappear

hi,

I found the configuration under voice-port of my ISR4431 disappeared suddenly after the E1 had down and up last week.

anyone encountered this before?

can it be avoided?

Is this MGCP gateway ?

I had similar bug before. If its not MGCP try to upgrade the image.
