I Hvae a 2811 Router with 4 FXO and 4 FXS ports and 16 Port Switch, also a VG224 now i have analog phones connected to VG224 and Voip phones connected to Switch and they can call each other no problem the problem i am haveing is using FXO or FXS ports to connect to what we believe is PBX system and not sure how to program the routers dial peers and  voice ports so that all analog phones on vg224 and Voip on router can Dial out through PBX and also the line that is used has a specific extention like 2312 so if outside world called that number direct it to specific phone

There's nothing particular to what you're trying to do, just configure the POTS dial peer with the destination pattern you want, and tie it to the port you want the call to go out.

For inbound calls, configure the connection plar to the DN you wish to ring.

voice-port 0/0/2

 connection plar opx 4000

dial-peer voice 24 pots

 destination-pattern 91[2-9]..[2-9]......

 forward-digits 11

 port 0/0/2
