We have a few users on Jabber over a site to site VPN. But the sound is of bottled quality when on Jabber. When the same user uses IP Communicator it seems fine. What could be the issue here ? We are running cucm 8.6.2.
Maybe CIPC uses iLBC? Jabber only supports g.729a.
iLBC handles lost frames very graceful.
