what is the exact voice quality issue that you're experiencing?

Hello, I was hoping to tag in on this post as the dates are more recent then most of the other posts I've found.
System info:
CCM:4.1(3)sr5d
Unity:4.2(1) TSP 8.2(1)
Problem: Unity resides at corporate office. New remote site auto attendant is inconsistantly bad/good (sometimes choppy audio, sometimes fine). From what I can see this site is configured the same as multiple other remote sites that I haven't had this issue with. I have tried changing codecs between regions which appears to make no difference for better or worse. The poor audio appears to only be when calls come in the PRI MGCP gateway, internal WAN calls are perfect. I'm stumped and have not been able to find anything to help find and resolve the issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Jason
