Hi everyone,
I have a quick question I wanted to verify. In Unity Connection 8.0.3 we are using Voice Recognition on some user mailboxes. I see that Directory Handlers can also be Voice Enabled but I don't see any option for this for System Call Handlers. Is it restricted to just users with mailboxes and Directory Handlers?
Thank you for your time in reading this.

That is correct. The native ASR (advanced speech recognition) capabilities and the Speech Connect (voice-enabled directories) only apply as standard mailbox features (ASR) and enhanced directory handler features (Speech Connect). Here is a feature comparison of the Cisco VM products that lists all of the features available up to the most current version of Unity Connection.
