Voice Recording red Box Issue

                   Hi

Has anyone come across an issue where calls are successfully recorded on a Red Box server but when you play them back the participants talk over each other.

Is Red Box a third-party recording solution? If yes you should ask them.

Paolo I did ask them at the same time as posting on here. In my experience the Netpro community is a lot faster at reply to issue than the vendor...
