Hi,
We have integrated Unity 7 with Exchange 2007, the issue which i face is that if voicemail left from PSTN is not getting delivered, but internal callers leave
voicemail then the same is available in the users Mailbox.

Can you elaborate slightly here, so what happens when you call from outside? Can you leave a voicemail but the voicemail never gets delivered to the mailbox, or you cannot leave the voicemail at all?

You should check to see if the messages from outside callers are in UMR. By default, it is located in the CommServer\UnityMTA path. If so, then that would indicate that the Unity system mailbox (used to send messages from outside callers - i.e., not a Unity subscriber) may have been moved. It would also be helpful to know if there are any correlating events in the System and Application logs on the server.
