Voicemail Messages (easy question)

Hi, I manage a small call center in Portland, OR.  We have Cisco IP Phones (7962).  I have been trying to find out how to move forward and backwards while listening to a voicemail message.  Currently, my team has to restart the voicemail from the beginning if they missed something.  Is this an option on these phones?

Hi Susan,

Assuming you're using Unity Connection you can press 7 to rewind a message during playback.
