Dear Colleagues,
i have 2821 router with unity express used for voice mail,
useres needed to access there voice mail from PSTN, so DID number assigned to the voice mail pilot number.
now any one call from PSTN this number, receive the known cisco woman voice says "please enter ur ID followed by #" and if he entered ID wrong 2 times the same voice says " Cisco unity refuse ur access,,,(or something like that) "
so my questions are:
1- Is it applicable to change that voice woman into another voice, e.g. i can record my voice instead"
2- Is it applicable to remove the propmt played when entering wrong ID twise , saying it is Cisco unity,,,pla pla
Hint: I know it is applicable for Auto-attendance messages at unity, but i am speaking about voice mail specifically
