Hi Guys,

Calls for 2 extensions Eg. 50002 and 50003 and routed to another extension 50001. All the three phones have another shared line 50000. I checked in CUC the respective extensions are configured for all the three users..

Please let me know what needs to modified.. Thanks in Advance..

Hi Jack,

Can you explain where the voicemail is currently going (I'm guessing

50002&50003 respectively) and where you would like the voicemail to

route?

Are you trying to get the voicemail to end up in the 50000 mailbox or

where exactly?

Cheers!

Rob

Actually. When the user 50001 is forwards calls to the other 2 extension, and when they don't pick up the call ends up in User 50001's VM. instead it need to end up at thier respective extension 50002 or 50003...

Thank YOu..!

Hi Jack,

In the default CUC configuration the CLID that is passed to Connection

with your set up will always be 50001. That is why you keep getting the greeting

for 50001

You can have a look into this "System-wide" setting which is available in Unity Connection 7.x and later ;

Via

Cisco Unity Connection Administration

Advanced (towards the bottom of the page)

Conversation Configuration

**Use Last (Rather than First) Redirecting Number for Routing Incoming Call**

You would need to think about what impact this might have on your overall setup, but it would allow

calls that route from 50001 to either 50002 or 50003 via forward to end up in the "forwarded" mailbox rather

than 50001 every time.

Cheers!
