Dear all,
We configured a voice mail, pilot number is 1300
when an extension A is calling extension B, if B doesn't lift the call it goes to voicemail until this is fine
In voicemail msg it says if you know the extension then press the extension or press 0 for operator or wait for the beep to record your msg
as Extension A press 0 call gets drop and even if he press any other extension the call gets drop
Can any one tell me how to configure 0 so that it goes direclty to the operator and even for extension when Extension A press any 4digit number
Operator extensions are 1506, 1507 and 1508
Do we need to do in translation pattern?
