Good morning. I am trying to check my voicemail, as it says I have messages, but I am unable to get into the account. I do not recall setting up a password/code, nor is anything working that was given to me when we took the training. How may I access my messages and reset my voicemail code?

You will need to contact your IT support for help with this as they would have configured your telephone services and the voice mail box.

Whats system you use, is it a CUC or Unity express?
