I have a PRI card connected to a PBX. Am able to make outgoing calls from internal extensions but external calls are not being forwarded through the PRI card. The setup has been OK till last week. This is the config on the card:

interface Serial0/3/0:15

no ip address

isdn switch-type primary-net5

isdn not-end-to-end 64

isdn protocol-emulate network

isdn incoming-voice voice

isdn send-alerting

no cdp enable

This is one my dial peers:

dial-peer voice 3000 pots

destination-pattern 41....

progress_ind setup enable 3

direct-inward-dial

port 0/3/0:15

forward-digits 4

Let us know above outputs

Dear all,

Please add "isdn sending-complete" on ISDN interface, & add "incoming called-number ." on dial-peer.

thanks

KH

Hi,

Find the output on the gatekeeper based on the above:

VOIP#show isdn status

Global ISDN Switchtype = primary-net5

ISDN Serial0/3/0:15 interface

******* Network side configuration *******

dsl 0, interface ISDN Switchtype = primary-net5

Layer 1 Status:

This is an example of a call made to this gatekeeper from one of the gateways to an extension at a remote site:

030R#csim start 413318

csim: called number = 413318, loop count = 1 ping count = 0

csim err csimDisconnected recvd DISC cid(12232)

csim: loop = 1, failed = 1

csim: call attempted = 1, setup failed = 1, tone failed = 0

Same problem persists.

Hi,

The problem was resolved by resetting the card on the PABX,

CAll are going on well now,

Thanks for your advice though.
